Classification

Class	Description
Group A	TUSD groups or non-profit groups organized to directly promote and support TUSD activities.
Group B	Non-profit groups that expend their net proceeds for the benefit of TUSD students or other educational organizations. To qualify for Group B, 75% of participants must be TUSD students and residents of the district.
Group C	Non-profit groups that do not expend their net proceeds for the benefit of TUSD students. Other groups not eligible for Group A or B.
Group D	For-profit groups that do not expend their net proceeds for the benefit of TUSD students. Other groups not eligible for Group A, B, or C

Facilities users shall procure and maintain for the duration of their use of Tustin Unified School District (TUSD) property insurance against claims for damages to property or injury to persons which may arise from or in connection with use of said facilities by users, their guests, agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. All facility users are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance and a signed Additional Insured Endorsement.
